Feedback Collection

Feedback Collection

TryPoint includes a post-try-on feedback popup that lets you collect shopper opinions on the try-on experience. This helps you understand how shoppers perceive the feature and its impact on their buying confidence.

How it works

After a try-on is generated, the shopper sees a feedback prompt: "Was this try-on helpful?" They can respond with a quick rating. This feedback is collected automatically and stored in your TryPoint dashboard.

Viewing feedback

  1. Open the TryPoint app in your Shopify admin.
  2. Go to the Gallery or Feedback section.
  3. Review individual try-on submissions alongside their feedback scores.

You can see satisfaction trends over time and identify patterns (for example, whether certain product types get higher satisfaction scores than others).

Why feedback matters

Feedback gives you quantifiable data on how shoppers perceive the try-on experience. High satisfaction scores validate that the feature is building buying confidence. Low scores on specific products may indicate that those items need better product photos or are not well suited for virtual try-on.

Customization

You can enable or disable the feedback popup in Settings > Feedback Collection. The prompt appears automatically after each try-on generation.
