Installing TryPoint

Setting up TryPoint takes about one minute. There are two steps: install the app and activate the try-on button on your product pages.

Step 1: Install from the Shopify App Store

1. Go to the TryPoint listing on the Shopify App Store.
2. Click Add app.
3. Review the permissions and click Install.

TryPoint is now connected to your Shopify store.

Step 2: Activate the app embed

1. Go to your Shopify theme editor (Online Store > Themes > Customize).
2. Open a product page template.
3. Click Add block and find TryPoint in the app blocks section.
4. Add the block to your page layout.
5. Click Save.

The try-on button now appears on your product pages. Shoppers can start using it immediately.

No coding required

TryPoint integrates through Shopify's native app blocks. This works with all modern Shopify themes. For older themes that do not support app blocks, you can embed TryPoint using a custom code block with the provided HTML snippet.

What happens next

Once TryPoint is active:

• Shoppers see the try-on button on your product pages.
• Try-ons start generating and you can monitor activity in the TryPoint dashboard.
• You can configure email capture, feedback collection, and sharing options from the app settings.
