Upgrading, Downgrading, and Cancelling
You can change your TryPoint plan at any time. There are no long-term contracts, and all changes are managed through your Shopify account.
Upgrading
- Open the TryPoint app in your Shopify admin.
- Go to Settings > Plan.
- Select the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Confirm the change.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You receive the new plan's try-on allocation right away.
Downgrading
- Open the TryPoint app in your Shopify admin.
- Go to Settings > Plan.
- Select the plan you want to downgrade to.
- Confirm the change.
The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your current plan's features until then.
Cancelling
To cancel your TryPoint subscription:
- Go to your Shopify admin.
- Navigate to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
- Find TryPoint and select Cancel subscription or Uninstall.
After cancellation, the try-on button will no longer appear on your product pages. Your try-on data, admin gallery, and analytics remain in your account if you decide to resubscribe later.
Free plan fallback
If you cancel a paid plan, you can continue using TryPoint on the free plan. The free plan includes 20 one-time try-ons with all core features.
