Usage Rights and AI UGC

Usage Rights and AI UGC

TryPoint can request permission from shoppers to reuse their try-on photos. With consent, you get AI-generated user content (AI UGC) that you can use as social proof on your store, in email campaigns, and in ads.

How usage rights collection works

During or after the try-on flow, shoppers see an opt-in prompt asking if they are willing to share usage rights for their try-on photo. This is a consent-based system. Shoppers choose whether to participate.

When a shopper opts in, their try-on photo is saved to your TryPoint admin gallery with usage rights granted. You can then use these images across your marketing.

What you can do with AI UGC

Social proof galleries. Display real shopper try-on images on your product pages as social proof. These are real people in your real products, generated by AI.

Product page content. Add try-on images to product listings to show how the garment looks on different body types.

Email campaigns. Include try-on images in marketing emails to show real-world context for your products.

Ads. Use try-on photos in ad creatives (with the shopper's consent) for authentic-looking content.
